The fees you pay are the for the domain renewal + ICANN fees and seperatly hosting. Most of the time your provider (us) will include domain and hosting which you will only recieve one billing not two (or more). The hosting fees are normally separate unless you opt for a hosting package where the domain renewal fees are included. Normally, your hosting provider will host your dns panel for free when you register/renew a domain with them.
